Description It is with a heavy heart we are looking to rehome our English Cream Male Golden Retriever- Fergus. Due to a separation and through no fault of his own. He is fully entact, up to date with all vaccinations and flea/worm treatment. Fergus is a gorgeous, fun, playful puppy that loves water and long walks and socialising with other dogs and people. He is extremely friendly and loves a cuddle on the sofa. He has been well socialised and currently goes to two different day cares where he spends the day playing with lots of different dogs. He is cat friendly. We have no children so we are not sure on his behaviour around children, but cannot see there would be an issue.
He has no problem with being left alone at home for periods of time up to four or five hours. He is used to sleeping downstairs and not being allowed upstairs currently and sleeps through the night with no problems. He is fully toliet trained, knows his basic commands such as sit, wait, lie. He is currently being walked on a halti as he can pull a little but he walks really well and calm using this. We are still working on his recall but we do let him off lead in enclosed areas or where we know he is safe or use a long line whilst training. We are in no rush to rehome Fergus, as we only want him to go to a perfect home that has the space and time he needs. We will want to visit any potential home he goes too, and would be happy to trial a weekend away to see if he is right for your family. Any questions please get in contact.
